Cancellation and Change Policies
All future refunds/credits are subject to the airline's fare rules, policies and procedures.
All post-ticket service fees are non-refundable and subject to change without notice. WholeSaleTicketexpert fees, surcharges collected and other fees are in addition to any airline. You will only be charged the final total amount. Government imposed taxes and fees are subject to change. You will only be charged the final total amount as indicated.Most of our airline tickets are non-refundable. Available only if our travel suppliers' fare rules allow cancellation and refunds, we accept your request for a refund, you are not in a "no-show" status (most "no-show" bookings are not eligible for any waiver from suppliers on processing refunds), and if we are able to obtain waivers from suppliers to process your cancellation and refund request.

The following fees plus airline penalty as per airline fare rules if flights are refundable.

Special Services - All services mentioned are on a request basis only and are subject to each airline's review and approval process as well as their fare rules, policies and procedures.
Special Services
Refund or assistance with future flight credit due for any reason
- Passenger name misspelled: Airfare + $40
- Visa/Passport services: Airfare + $40
- Baggage related services: Airfare + $30
- No-show services: Airfare + $50
- Denyed boarding services: Airfare + $50
- Duplicate booking services: Airfare + $50
Name misspelling - The passenger's name on their airline ticket does not match their passport or other globally accepted government issued ID
Visa/Passport - A visa/passport refusal letter is usually required in order to process the request
Baggage - Please retain all receipts and baggage tags
No-show - Documentation will be required to explain why you were unable to make the scheduled departure
Denyed boarding - Documentation will be required to explain why you were denied boarding on the scheduled departure time
Duplicate tickets - Copies of all tickets, reflecting the same itineraries booked with us, will be required in order to process the refund request
In the event of a partial or full refund, there will be a $50 handling fee for the airline.
